Events within 50 miles of the border of the District of Columbia incurring no cost or entirely paid for with a P-Card (i.e. no advance or reimbursement) qualify for e-approval through QuickBase, as long as there is no donation.

Travel and Training 50+ Miles and/or Advance/Reimbursement
Any request requiring a donation agreement, advance or reimbursement, and/or over 50 miles from the District requires submission of a travel packet.
