EEMP Volunteer Opportunities
Join one of our specialized teams in different stages of emergency management: the Building Emergency Response Team (BERT), the Unified Emergency Management Team (UEMT), or the COOP Emergency Response Team (CERT). If interested, please e-mail us at doee.rserd@dc.gov

Use to report and document incidents (e.g., Personal Injury, Vehicle, or Property Damage).

  • The work-related injury or illness of a District government employee (File a Workers' Compensation claim)

  • An incident involving District government motor vehicle(s)

  • An incident involving District property

  • When related to incidents involving District government services/employees/property, incidents involving:

    • Private Person Injury/Illness (including contractors)
    • Private Motor Vehicle(s)
    • Private Property
  • Safety and health concerns (reports of unsafe or unhealthy conditions, or a near-miss incident)
