Thank you for your interest in the Energy Efficiency & Remediation Program. Once you begin the application, you will NOT be able to save the application and return to it later. In order to complete your application, you will need to attach a scan or photo of the following:

Required Documents

  • All income for household members 18 and over (i.e. wages, pension, unemployment benefits),
  • Unearned income (i.e. TANF, SSI, Child Support) for household members under 18, AND
  • Proof of assets (i.e. bank account statements, real estate appraisals for properties you don't live in).

  • Recorded property deed
  • Current homeowner's insurance
